Tools and Products
Products I use or have used (and enjoyed enough to endorse):
Finance
Invoice Ninja - invoicing and payment processing
Harvest - time tracking, reporting, and invoicing
Copilot.Money - personal finance management (can be used for solopreneur Schedule C tracking)
Gusto - “automated payroll, HR, and more."
Business
Ninety.io - Business Operating System (BOS) Management
Fathom AI Notetaker - virtual meetings notetaker
Granola - non-bot AI notetaker for zoom/teams/meet (consent guidance)
Make.com - From tasks and workflows to apps and systems, build and automate anything in one powerful visual platform.
Email / Calendar / Spreadsheets / Etc
Google’s Business Standard Workspace plan includes a built in scheduler and 2TB of space!
(Also using Cal.com and evaluating Savvycal - each has pros/cons. I’m also versed in Acuity Scheduling but found it too heavy for my needs.)
Accounting: I’ve used Quickbooks Online (extensively) and have explored Xero, Freshbooks, TillerHQ (fantastic if you’re a googlesheet addict). Each one has pros and cons depending on your needs, your system and your accountant.
Other Business Tools/Products: I’ve used PandaDoc (e-signatures + automation), Jotform (forms + automation), Pipedrive (CRM + Automation) and Zapier (automation) in the past. Great products! But don’t use them currently.
